 到岗时间： 可尽快入职 注：平台所示薪资范围仅供展示，最终薪资将根据候选人背景、面试结果及学校正式聘用流程确定。 岗位要求： 1. 计算机科学、人工智能、运筹学或相关专业硕士学位； 2. 具备扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，拥有PyTorch和/或TensorFlow的实际开发经验； 3. 对机器学习/深度学习方法具有较强的理论理解，不仅限于调用现有库，相关能力可通过课程或项目经历体现； 4. 能够将机器学习/深度学习能力应用于不同领域的研究，例如搜索/优化问题、化学信息学、生物信息学等； 5. 具有较强的科研潜力，预期能够参与并推动高质量学术论文产出； 6. 具备良好的英语沟通与学术写作能力； 7. 能够与其他研究人员及学生开展良好协作。 ————————— Position: Full-time Research Fellow (1 year, on-site only; available for immediate start), Duke Kunshan University, Kunshan, China Requirements: - Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, or related discipline - Strong Machine Learning (ML) / Deep Learning (DL) skills with hands-on PyTorch and/or TensorFlow experience - Solid theoretical understanding of ML / DL methods beyond library usage, demonstrated through relevant coursework - Ability to apply ML / DL expertise across diverse domains such as search / optimization problems, cheminformatics, and bioinformatics - Strong publication potential with expected contributions to high-quality research articles - Effective communication and writing skills in English - Ability to collaborate with other research staff and students
