Lab Manager in‘Regenerative Biology and Medicine’Laboratory of Yuval Rinkevich Ph.D A position is available for a highly skilled Lab manager with a PhD degree, and a strong communication skill in both Chinese and in English. We wish to identify fundamental cellular and molecular principles of tissue/organ regeneration, and develop a knowledge basis for therapeutic strategies in clinical use. Candidates should ideally have prior experience with managing a research laboratory and strong managerial skills. Tasks include running a lab safely and efficiently, take all responsibilities of the lab, including equipment, purchasing, employees, supplies, software and documentation organization, implementation of new programs. Training lab technicians and assistants on the correct use of lab equipment, mentoring and disciplining lab staff, make sure lab personnel follow lab and institute standards and safety regulation, purchasing lab supplies, preparing order lists, handle documentation and data collection. A strong background in molecular biology approaches is preferred, and contribution to research team effort. Additional experience in tissue culture will be a bonus. Soft skill includes strong attention to details and excellent communication skills.
